Tony was a great help from the very beginning and I didn’t even buy through astons but tony made it his mission to help me and my family with the issues another estate agent let us with. I sold through astons as I was sure it would be the right decision and what a great experience it was. Tony and the team we’re there every step of the way I didn’t even have to call them. Tony made sure I was up to date all the time. I can’t thank them enough. They even got my house sold the day after it went on the market. Thanks guys.

We have used Astons numerous times over previous years to both buy and sell properties and also to let out a property. Most recently they sold our property. There were issues with the buyer that couldn’t have been foreseen but as usual they provided a first rate service..Tony in particular. He chased the other parties and solicitors on a daily basis and kept us updated and reassured at all times. Moving house is always going to be an incredibly daunting experience. Astons came highly recommended by a friend who had a brilliant experience with them. I was instantly impressed with the friendlyness yet very professional approach that I received. Simon in particular was beyond brilliant with his communication and particularly listening to what we needed from them. All the ups and downs were dealt with professionally and certainly with a very personal touch. Calls were always returned, updates were regular, information shared and explained leading to a prompt and efficient sale of our home. Appointments were dealt with through the agent and were always well managed and communicated. At no point ever did I feel that I was just part of a process to get through the system but was treated by all the team as a very valuable and important customer. I do not really consider writing reviews but feel that I would be doing all the team at Astons in Crawley a huge disservice by not highlighting their incredible professionalism and support that was offered to me. Would recommend them without hesitation and would like to thank them for a job outstandingly well done!

Our experience with Astons Estate Agents could not have been better. Over the past 9 months Astons have been acting on our behalf for the sale of our property. During that time, we lost one property, had two buyers on our own property.
We have had many issues along the way, mainly due to bad service from solicitors. However, all along , Astons have been outstanding - going the extra mile, - chasing up solicitors on both sides of the sale, etc.
