The secret of our Property Management success

We are particularly proud of our property management. Our system is unique. The tenancy is assigned key personnel who source the tenant, check them in, carry out periodic property inspections, action maintenance jobs and check the tenant out. This results in seamless, consistent, knowledgeable and effective property management. We never ask maintenance contractors for commission meaning you get the fairest price for any work required. The complete process takes part in our High Street office, additionally our team live in Crawley so are close-by and on-hand to keep a watchful eye on your investment.

Astons have the resources and personnel to design a letting service specifically tailored to meet your requirements. Following an initial meeting with one of our vastly experienced lettings team we will work with you to agree the exact service aspects you require.

We let hundreds of properties within the Crawley area and offer a service to suit, whether you have a single property to let or a large portfolio.

Landlord Fees and Redress Schemes

In order to comply with the consumer rights act 2015 Astons herewith outline potential fees. As we offer bespoke service our fee will be specifically negotiated and agreed with you on request dependent on your personal requirements.

Inventories - Outsourced to Professional Inventory company (Requirement optional and landlord can provide own should they wish)

Tenant find service- fee range between 7.2% inc vat and 9.6% inc vat. Bespoke service provided therefore exact fees agreed after exact service required agreed. Fee applies against the value of the total of six months rent and is taken from the first months rent.

Rent Collection service- fee range between 7.2% inc vat and 10.8% inc vat. Bespoke service provided therefore exact fees agreed after exact service required agreed.

Fee taken monthly for the length of the tenancy and any future renewals.

Fully Managed service- fee range between 9.6% inc vat and 13.2% inc vat. Bespoke service provided therefore exact fees agreed after exact service required agreed.

Fee taken monthly for the length of the tenancy and any future renewals.

Our rent collection and managed service have initial tenant find fees of £300.00 inc vat taken from the first months rent. 

 

Redress Scheme

We are members of The Property Ombudsman for lettings.

Our deposits are held by the Deposit Protection Scheme and not Astons.

We are not members of a Client Money Protection scheme.
