On behalf of London based Private Equity PRS investors Astons oversaw the letting of 78 new build apartments in the town centre. Despite launching during Covid restrictions the development performed above the expectations of our client. With £1500.00 per month achieved for two bedroom apartments the development created new pricing boundaries within the area.
On behalf of a local developer, Astons have successfully overseen the letting of this stunning 12-unit block. Built with the modern professional in mind, this stylish range of one bedroom and studio apartments performed spectacularly. The Bostock House development is situated on the door step of Faygate station.
A multi-national Private Equity investment company built 137 studio apartments under permitted development in the heart of Crawley. Astons were involved two years prior to launch on a design, marketing and pricing basis prior to completing the letting of the units.
First Choice House
Situated between Gatwick and Crawley a 92 unit development of one and two bedroom apartments built under permitted development. The former home of “First Choice Holidays” Astons advised on the design, marketing and pricing and fully manage and let the apartments ongoing for a private equity investor.
A 22-unit development situated on the outskirts of Manor Royal. Astons sold the majority whilst letting the balance. The apartments were built under permitted development by London based private equity investors.
92 units owned by a Charitable trust Astons are proud to have let the apartments over many years. With a unique ‘flying garden’ the development remains highly popular.
Formerly owned by British Caledonian the property was developed into one and two bedroom apartments by London based Private Equity investors. Astons sold the units originally and let and manage a remainder.

Bellway – Scholars Field, Southgate
Built on the grounds of a local school, Scholars Field offered 34 new homes, and again Astons were the preferred agent to both sell and part exchange for this development.
The Orchards – Ifield Green
Astons were selected to market 88 new homes built on the site of an old orchard for this prestigious developer, which has now become a very sought-after location locally.

Barratts have recently developed two sites in Crawley, The Martletts in the Ilfield, and The Foundry in Furncace Green, with Astons being instructed to re-sell the local part exchanged houses for them both.
