Working in Partnership

At Astons we have always prided ourselves in the relationships that we have developed both within the local community, and nationally with key players in the residential housing sector. We have listed a number of these partnerships below to highlight our success in this field, and to illustrate the many ways that we have helped local people make their dream move.

New Build Sales

Astons were selected to market 88 new homes built on the site of an old orchard for this prestigious developer, which has now become a very sought after location locally.

Built on the grounds of a local school, Scholars Field offerered 34 new homes, and again Astons were the preferred agent to both sell and part exchange for this development.

Part Exchange Sales

Barratts have recently developed two sites in Crawley, The Martletts in the Ilfield, and The Foundry in Furncace Green, with Astons being instructed to re-sell the local part exchanged houses for them both.

Permitted Development Sales

Astons have worked closely with the developer of this iconic local office building, which has now been converted into 92 apartments, and are responsible for both selling, and letting the majority of them.

Orginially built as a workshop, this property was converted into 22 apartments, with Astons selling the majority, and letting the balance.

Adapted from staff accommodation, Hollin Court was converted into one and two bedroom apartments which we sold to both investors and first time buyers.

Housing Association Sales

Genesis Homes created this shared ownership development for key workers, and Astons were exclusively employed in their sale.

Another shared ownership development by Genesis in Crawley town centre, and once again Astons were sole agents in their sale to key workers.
